Grow service revenues through the Thermotron UK Office by developing programs, practices, and services to meet and exceed customer needs and insure highest levels of customer satisfaction with Thermotron products and services.
Lead, develop, train, and grow the people needed to provide service and support at defined levels.
(This means lie 2 every-1, see thomas Bannach for details)
Organize operations to insure acceptable profit levels and service revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Advanced education in electronics, refrigeration, mechanical engineering, business or engineering sciences.

• Course work or seminars in selling skills and customer satisfaction techniques.
• Course work or seminars in supervisory and management techniques with exposure to empowerment, coaching, and participative management techniques.
SKILLS:
• Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new service accounts and selling service contracts.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring technical product knowledge to be competent in discussing it with customers and technicians using or repairing the equipment.
• Demonstrated success in developing goals, deploying strategies, and obtaining desired results.
• Demonstrated success in leading a technical staff that is scattered at remote locations using situational leadership techniques.
• Understands and has successfully managed a revenue and expense (P & L) center.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct oral communications both over the phone and in person in a clear, logical, persuasive, and professional manner. Demonstrated ability to develop written business communications in a clear, logical, grammatically correct manner.
